I'm Dr. Darja Tretjakova. As a cosmetic dentist, I spend my days reading the subtle architecture of the face — bone, muscle, symmetry and movement. That same trained eye guides every aesthetic treatment: enhancing what's already there, restoring balance, and respecting how a face actually moves.

Every treatment is prescribed and carried out by me personally — no one passed around, no pressure. We begin with a thorough consultation and an honest conversation about what will, and won't, suit you.

Frequently asked

Are you medically qualified?

Yes. I'm a GDC-registered dentist and a prescriber, so I both prescribe and carry out your treatment myself — there's no separate, remote prescriber you never meet. My dental training gives me a deep, hands-on understanding of facial anatomy.

Does it hurt?

Most people find treatments very tolerable. Anti-wrinkle injections use tiny needles and take seconds per area. For fillers I use products containing local anaesthetic and can apply numbing cream beforehand, so discomfort is kept to a minimum.

How long do results last?

It varies by treatment. Anti-wrinkle results typically last around 3–4 months, dermal fillers around 6–18 months depending on the product and area, and skin boosters are usually done as a short course with ongoing maintenance. We'll talk through what to expect at your consultation.

Is there any downtime?

Most treatments let you return to your day straight away. Minor redness, small bumps or slight bruising can occur and usually settle within hours to a few days. I'll give you clear aftercare guidance tailored to your treatment.

Will I look overdone?

That's exactly what I work to avoid. My approach is conservative and anatomy-led — subtle enhancements that look like you on your best day. If I don't think something will suit you, I'll say so honestly.

What happens at the first appointment?

We start with a consultation: your goals, medical history and a face assessment, then an honest plan and a clear price. Some treatments may need a separate appointment, a patch test or a cooling-off period before we proceed.
